- The training of staff from the commencement of the contract, backed by continues monitoring of progress,
- Regular monthly meetings are attended by our senior management and contract managers;
- New equipment is supplied from the first day to ensure smooth operation of the requested service;
- A regular inspection and cleaning is undertaken by our supervisors and managers to ensure consistency in our professionalism;
- The implementation of occupational health and safety (OHS) policies;
- Quality control systems are in place, which includes progress and inspection reports inline with the service level agreement;
- We ensure that our staff’s appearance, attitude, co-operation and enthusiasm matches our values as a company;
- We ensure that reference checks out are thoroughly checked;
- We ensure constant open communication lines between management, general employees and our clients
Environmental management
IB TRADING is committed to environmental awareness. We are aware of the impact we and our projects may have on the environment and as a result, we implement programs and policies to minimize adverse effects focusing on methods and materials that allow for a ‘greener’ project process.
We conform on all client and project specific environmental management plans to ensure the impact of our activities on the environment is controlled within the guidelines specified.
